Technology of Corn Feed Granulating Production

The material receiving and cleaning section(clean and remove the hemp rope and scrap iron from the corn, wheat or bean pulp and then the granular material enters into smashing section).
Feeding hopper is made of A3 board with 3mm thickness;
Feeding inlet has independent pulse dust collector, and adopts reliable solenoid electric valve;
Distributor position has position indication on the whole screen and has electromechanical double locking device;
Pneumatic and manual valve has leakage-proof function, and there has signal indication for working statement on the control screen.
The elevator cylinder adopts cold-roll steel sheets with thickness of 2mm which is molded by occlusion for one time, and adopts plastic winnowing pan; the nose discharging part adopts wear-resisting subcrust; the conveying belt adopts strong belt; install anti-explosion port on the top; it has two inspection window and maintenance entrance.
Smashing section (crush corn, wheat or bean pulp into powdery material with the required fineness)
According to the products species and technological consideration, choose 1 set of 30KW drop shape hammer crusher;
The feeding device adopts frequency converting control, and its capacity is not less than 5 tons/hour;
The crusher shaft has two sets of hammer installation shafts with different intervals and makes it have the basic micro powder ability;
The crusher should have quakeproof electric appliance protector. The scene should have emergency stop control box;
The screw conveyer blade thickness is 3mm above, the outside shell thickness is 4mm, and the screw conveyer cover board should adopt strict sealing measures to prevent production decline caused by air leak;
All the elevators are super-speed bucket elevator.
Mixing section(mix the multi species of raw material together and stir evenly)
The stock bin board stretched part uses 3mm A3 steel board, and the cone uses 4mm A3 steel board;
For one set of 250kg/batch double-shaft paddle type mixing machine, the mixing time is 45-90S( without liquid), and the mixing variable coefficient CV≤5%;
Granulation section(ripening the multi species of raw material which is blended evenly, and suppressing it into granular)
Single layer stainless steel modulator, high raw material ripening degree, allocation by the granulator production requirement;
The granulator feeding device should adopt pitch changing method, the surge bin should have isolation to ensure the material returning can feed material smoothly. The speed is controlled by frequency converting;
The tempering device shell and paddle use stainless steel, and the paddle angle can be adjusted;
The granule material temperature after cooling: within 5 degree centigrade higher than the room temperature
Granular moisture: ≤13% (raw material moisture≤13%)
Finished product packaging section(package the finished products into bags)
The finished products cabin quantity is two to satisfy the requirement for two lines packaging simultaneously;
Auxiliary system
Concentrate and remove dust, and ensure the workshop dust concentration meet the national standard;
Paint and coating uses environmental friendly products;
The compression air pipelines use brass ball valve;
