Working Principle

Firstly, maize or other grains enters into shelling machine inside cavity through hopper, then the roller rotates and pushes the materials to outlet. Next, the inside cavity narrows and the parts of the machine increase resistance to densify the materials by pressing and rubbing.Then the roller continuously rotates and pushes to increase friction between materials and machine parts. By this way, the machine separates the maize kernel and the maize bran.
