Brief Introduction

1. The corn peeling machine can be used to hull corn, wheat, sorghum, mung bean and soybean.

2. It is an optimized choice to make gilt feeds by removing mouldy husks and germ.

Function and Feature

Dry milling technology is more sanitary than wet processing.
The corn sheller is installed with efficient winnower to collect husks during hulling process.
It can effectively remove mouldy parts as well as block spots and germ.
The pressure regulator controls charging speed and time raw materials stay in the hulling chamber, guaranteeing effectively friction with emery roll.

Working Principle

6FTP-600 corn peeling machine is equipped with an 22kw motor with capacity of over 1000kg/h. It is composed of charger, screw propeller, hulling chamber, conveyor, collector, discharger and dust remover.

6FTP-600 series corn peeling machine uses high speed emery roll to continuously cut and rub the corn to destroy bonding strength of endosperm and germ, effectively removing germ and root caps. The machine is installed with air suction chamber to collect husks. Hulling rate ranks the top in the same industry at over 98%.
