Brief Introduction

This series of corn flour mill project builds up with: corn process equipments (corn huller, corn polisher, germ extractor, new super fine corn grits machine and adjuvant material purification etc.) and foodstuff process general equipment (e.g.: hoist, density corn de-stoner, plansifter, miller, flour cleaner). The products can be divided into variously grade corn grit, corn flour and fine feed. 

Function and Feature

The corn flour mill project uses complete dry milling. Compare with wet milling and semidry milling, the products and sideline products do not need to be bake out,

which reduce the cost for desiccation, e.g.: area, equipment, fuel, human resources etc., consequently reduce a major invest for our clients;

The line has simple structure, high adjustability for the field area and the workshop, no special requirements. Effectively cut down the fixed investment; 

Simple installation, fast construct progress, short construction period, allows our client to meet the benefits in the shortest possible time;

Working Principle

The new corn flour mill project involves purifying and destoning, hulling, degerminating, polishing, germ extracting, grits milling, sifting, dedusting, suspending, byproducts extracting, flour milling, feeds grinding, vertical and horizontal conveying, airslide, ventilation, PLC, color grading and packaging of grade products. Processing capability of host machine is 2.5t/h.

Technical Parameter

1. It is in steel structure, 30m long, 3.5m wide and 8m high, mechanically operated. Total power148.56kw, power consumption per ton 50kw/h.

2. main products and yield rate：

Total finished products: 70—80%, byproducts 20-30%

Grade grits 42-50%（8-16mesh,16-26mesh, 26-50mesh）

Grade flour 25-30%（60-70mesh, 80-90mesh）

Fine feeds 20%-30%（fineness 20mesh);

3. moisture in corns 14.5-16%, volume weight 740g/L;

4. up to national standard for sanitation and noise;

5. no black spots and micro husks in grits and flour, up to national standard;
